These are a few of the many questions we will discuss during your initial consultation. That first meeting of 15-20 minutes is your opportunity to interview me and discover if you’re ready for coaching. It is also an opportunity for us to connect with each other to see if we are a good fit.
The first call is FREE. Where would you like to be in one year, five years, or more? Are you ready to take the first step in the direction of your dreams?
Most clients begin with a 10-week package that includes 5 coaching sessions. Together we will discover your strengths and passions and will create an encouraging and exciting future for you based on your interests, talents, gifts and goals.
Coaching sessions are available via zoom, phone, or in-person.
Assessments will be part of your coaching program to determine your strengths, personality, gifts, and interests.
Accountability is an important part of coaching. Understanding who and what those accountability factors are is key to your coaching success.
Celebration is also a critical part of staying on track. We will take time to celebrate your milestones and goals achieved, acknowledging your hard work before moving to a new goal.
